Train Your Brain: What You Think About You Bring About
Did you know that God has created
each and every one of us uniquely and each cell in our body is meticulously
created to form our body along with each and every organ in our body. Each human body is a masterpiece of creation
by our very own Creator, the living Almighty God. One organ stands as the
"Command Center": the Human Brain. Each organ speaks to one another, and our brain sends messages
to every part of our body. Have you ever
thought that you have the power to control your brain and train your brain to
heal your body and mind, have control of every situation you are going
through. Whatever illness you are going
through, whatever situation you are going through right now, you have the power
to train your brain to heal you in everyway.
Human Brain does not and cannot
distinguish between fake or vivid imagination and real. I am sure you have
heard this phrase many times, “What you think about you bring about”. When you think about abundance and wealth, your
brain actively seeks out opportunities to bring you successes and you will find
a way to become rich and wealthy. When you think poverty and difficulties,
guess what, your brain believes in what you are thinking and will guide you in
that direction and you will find a way to become poor and go through
difficulties. If you think about getting
back to good health, guess what, your brain will look for solutions for you to
get back to good health. The choice is
yours so choose wisely. Sometimes, you think about a person that you have not
met or heard for a long time and then suddenly you get a postcard or letter or
a phone call from that person.
Any positive thinking will lead
your brain to release serotonin, endorphins and dopamine in your body creating a
happy body and when the body is happy, there is no room for sickness or
negativity. On another note, if you are
thinking negative and disturbing thoughts your brain will release cortisol that
affect your body with pain and illness and it will move to make things happen
according to your thoughts. Again, this happens because your brain does
not distinguish between real and fake. Sometimes
we have fears within us, fear of falling, fear of health, fear of danger, fear
of separation, fear of certain animals, fear of business failures, fear of
losing your job and you will notice that whatever you fear, it comes to pass.
WHY? Because your brain does not realize that this fear is real or fake, and it
says if this is what you are thinking then IT MUST HAPPEN and it makes
it happen.
Our brain releases 4-70 thoughts
a minute and 6000-70000 thoughts a day. Be
very careful what you think about each and every minute. Train your brain to think positively and
create a happy life for yourself. It
does not matter what situation you are in right now; you have the power to
change your situation from the worst to the best and vice versa.
Train your Brain to
think what you want to happen with you and your life in a positive way as if it
is already happening. For example, start
talking with a positive affirmation like “I AM”…. I am healthy. Go into details like, my lungs are strong and
I am breathing in fresh pure air that fills every cell in my body and brings me
good health every minute of my life. As
you tell yourself this and think about it.
You will automatically do deep breathing exercises to help your lungs to
be strong in taking in the maximum oxygen from the fresh pure air. Likewise in any situation in life, say
positive affirmation starting with I am and see how you have the power to
change your life to the fullest and lead a happy positive life just by Training
